Can dr. Rima Laibow be trusted?

In season 1, episode 5 Jesse Ventura had a guest named Rima Laibow.
They we're talking about secret societies, and vaccines and the "culling" and how this is bad for common people and how we are being manipulated and controlled by the elite and government. at first i thought she had a point, i mean i know about how vaccines can effect a human, or what Monosodium gluamate and aspartame do to our system. But then i started to be the same ole skeptical me again, i started to research on the woman.
I went to the first place that came to mind (when doing research of some kind) and that was 'Wikipedia', no Rima on there.. so i forgot about it for a while.
I was watching some video's on for instance mindcontrol and saw a man named Albert Stubblebine, to explain who this mr. Stubblebine is;

"Albert "Bert" N. Stubblebine III is a retired Major General in the United States Army. He was the commanding general of the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command from 1981 to 1984, when he retired from the Army. He is also known for his interest in parapsychology.

He is credited with redesigning the U.S. Army intelligence architecture during his command of the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command from 1981 to 1984. Other U.S. Army commands that he led included the Electronic Research and Development Command (ERADCOM) and the Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM).
Stubblebine was a key person in the U.S. military invasions of Panama and Grenada and was, according to a report published by the Daily Mail, "at the heart of America's military machine". He is a member of the Military Intelligence Hall of Fame.
He was a supporter of the Stargate Project.
A proponent of psychic warfare, Stubblebine was involved in a U.S. military project to create "a breed of 'super soldier'" who would "have the ability to become invisible at will and to walk through walls" (by using mindcontrol).

He encouraged visitors to his office to walk through walls and has said that the ability to do so is a great idea, but that it would also be a disappointment, similar to levitation. He features prominently in Jon Ronson's book The Men Who Stare at Goats, where he is described as firmly believing that he himself can walk through walls."

So this describes Alfred Stubblebine, but being the curious ole me i researched on mr Stubblebine too, and found out that this MK-ULTRA and C.I.A man Alfred Stubblebine is in fact MARRIED to Rima Laibow.
As you all know (or supposed to know) c.i.a is all about disinfo, so can we trust her?

I was going to give a donation to this woman. I watched a vid... it was against vaccines... I thought it was good work. And as I hit the donate button on paypal... the Holy Spirit said stop. She's not a Christian. Don't give to her.

So, then I looked and am seeing this info. The HS knows things I don't know. He didn't want me to give to her is my testimony.
